VpCI-368 is a fast drying, solvent-based temporary coating that provides protection in harsh, outdoor, unsheltered applications yet is easily removed with alkaline cleaners such as VpCI®-414. Provides multi-metal protection. Can be matched to some custom colors.

The Rexnord Falk Steelflex is a close coupled grid with replace-in-place shot peened, tapered grid for long life. Rexnord offers a five year warranty when installed with long term LTG grease. The Steelflex is an economical alternative for applications where vibration damping is critical. The replace in place design eliminates the need to move hubs or realign shafts when servicing is required.

Produced from M2 HSS (High Speed Steel) for durability and long service life. Dual cutter geometry provides high cutting performance with fast, smooth feed rates and less vibration. Each cutter is machined to a tolerance ±0.05mm for high accuracy. Hardened to between HRC64.5 and HRC65.5. Industry standard ‘Weldon’ 19mm (3/4″) shank. Suitable for use in most electro-magnetic drilling machines or pillar drills with MTS adaptor.
