Fluke 789 Combined Multimeter and Loop Calibrator. The Fluke 789 ProcessMeter is a troubleshooting tool which combines the functionality of a loop calibrator with the power of a digital multimeter. It has a built-in, selectable 250 HART resistor which eliminates the need to carry a separate resistor.
