Rust-Oleum Sierra Performance S40 Water-based Epoxy Floor Coating provides exceptional floor protection and zero VOCs. This water-based formula contains no VOCs, HAPs or solvent odor and creates a tough, high-gloss finish. The high performance formula is resistant to most chemical and abrasions making it ideal for concrete floors in moderate to severe industrial settings. This is a two component system, please order base and activator separately. Meets USDA requirements for incidental food contact; accepted for use in federally registered Canadian food facilities, LEED approved; Green Seal certified.
