Insulating Rubber Lined U-bolt and Backing pad 230 mm ID (suit 200 mm NB pipe)

The pad is made of  Neoprene rubber, a multi-purpose material suitable with weathering, sea water mineral oils and grease applications. Good flame retardant, excellent acid resistance, good ozone and oxidation resilience. Not suitable for resistance to aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons and ketones. It comes with 2 nuts on each leg. If you prefer to use your own nuts, please ensure they are galvanised and tapped oversize

The U-Bolt is galvanised, though it has a duller finish than BZP, it is typically 50 microns thick covering of Zinc and therefore provides much more protection suitable for many out door applications. Tolerance on dimensions +/- 1 mm. Please note because of the use roll threading, the bar diameter is slightly less than the thread diameter
