Schaeffer Silver Streak 200S is a multi-service lubricant formulated for use in heavily loaded open gears. This heavy-duty, extreme pressure multilube possesses superior adhesive film-forming characteristics that allow Silver Streak to cling to gear teeth and remain soft and pliable over a long period of time without the use of any solvents. This virtually indestructible adhesive film also provides a cushioning effect that lasts even under extreme pressure and low speeds. Silver Streak Multi-Lube will not harden, chip, flake off or form a hard pack buildup, especially in cold weather. In addition, it provides strong protection against corrosion, minimizes the vibration of “stick slip”, and reduces lubricant consumption rate. Recommended for use on heavily loaded open gears found in grinding mills, kilns, shovels, dragline, ship loaders, stackers, reclaimers and excavator applications.
