The SPC495C-93 telecom tool kit, with the Fluke DMM and TS30™ test set in an 8″ luggage cart case, was specially designed to meet our customers’ requests for a traditional set of high-quality fastening hand tools to install and maintain telecom instrumentation. We combined the most popular top and bottom tool pallets from our Flex Tool Kit program to create the SPC495C-93. The digital multimeter offers stand-alone datalogging, individual reading storage and PC communication. The included DataSafe® and RainSafe™ TS30™ features talk and high-impedance monitor modes.
This kit features top name-brand tools. The top pallet organizes Klein cushion-grip screwdrivers and nutdrivers with comfortable gripping surfaces to reduce user fatigue. Wiha screwdrivers feature rotating caps for precision fingertip control. You even get a Wiha roll-up Velcro® case. The top pallet also includes a Leatherman multi-tool, needlenose pliers and flashlight. An assortment of voice and data tools is provided on the bottom pallet. You get basic troubleshooting tools and hard-to-find specialty tools for twisted-pair applications. Featured items include a Progressive Electronics tone tracer and line aid, 12-foot Klein tape measure, Harris punch-down tool for 66 blocks, ChannelLock® slip joint pliers, Clauss electrician’s scissors, Ideal cable cutter, Ideal receptacle analyzer and penlight with pocket clip.
The full complement of SPC495 Series tools comes in a popular heavy-duty polyethylene tool case with a rugged built-in luggage cart. Just pile on extra cases or gear, secure with included bungee cords, flip up the handle, lock the bar in place, and you’re on your way! Low-profile rubber wheels are permanently mounted to the bottom edge of the case for smooth rolling. The extra-long telescoping handle is recessed into the other side and is flush with the case when collapsed. This combination prevents tip over. The telescoping hardware is cleverly hidden under a removable plastic tray below the bottom pallet of tools. This case also features keyed latches, combo lock, padded handle and document holder in the lid. Small metal rails on the underside protect the case from stair or curb damage.
