Exceeding the industry standard of 60,000 psi, MAXIMATOR high pressure needle valves feature stainless steel, metal-to-metal seats and can be used with either gases or liquids.<\/p>\n
Top rated for pressures to 65,000 psi, our needle valves have a high level of safety and reliability under adverse operating conditions.<\/p>\n
We offer a large selection of 2-way and 3-way high pressure valves available with 1\/4, 3\/8 and 9\/16″ O.D. and 4HF, 6HF and 9HF high pressure connection types, respectively.<\/p>\n

Additionally we offer specialty packing for valves that must operation in extreme temperatures from -423 F to 1200 F. Please consult a Maxpro representative about this type of specialty packing.<\/p>\n

\nStandard valves are supplied with Teflon\/Carbon packing and may be operated to 450\u00b0F. High temperature packing and\/or extended stuffing box are available for service from -423\u00b0F to 1200\u00b0F by adding the following suffixes to catalog order number.<\/p>\n
TG standard valve with teflon glass packing to 600 \u00b0F.
\nGY standard valve with graphite braided yarn packing to 800 \u00b0F.
\nHT extended stuffing box valve with graphite braided yarn packing to 1200 \u00b0F.
\nB standard valve with cryogenic trim materials and Teflon packing to 100 \u00b0F.
\nLT extended stuffing box valve with teflon packing and cryogenic trim materials to -423 \u00b0F<\/p>\n

\nStem sleeve and packing gland materials have been selected to achieve optimum thread cycle life and reduced handle torque. All stem sleeve threads are rolled, assuring smooth operation.
\nSafety weep holes for all pressure connections and packing area.
\nSix different valve body patterns, with choice of vee or regulating type stem tip.<\/p>\n
