Sold as a two-part system for improved transport and storage, the base can simply be filled with water or sand for improved strength and stability, then the post is twist-locked into position. The Skipper unit or post & base cap attach to the top of the post with a secure, snap fit.

The modular waste management range can also be attached to the post via the post & base collar, making it one of the most versatile products in the Skipper range.
